Lee & Xiao’s International Trade and U.S. Customs Law practice encompasses a wide variety of administrative and judicial proceedings before the U.S. International Trade Administration, International Trade Commission, U.S. Court of International Trade, and the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, including antidumping and countervailing duty investigation.

Our international trade and customs law practice includes counseling and representation of foreign exporters and producers in connection with antidumping investigations and follow-up administrative reviews; unfair trade practices actions under Section 337 of the Tariff Act; classification of imported merchandise and duty drawback; and customs enforcement proceedings, including customs penalties, regulatory audits, merchandise and security detentions and seizures, and liquidated damages claims.

We also handle other business regulation issues that involve customs and import-export operations, such as recordation of registered trademarks and copyrights with U.S. Customs Service, and import-export related proceedings with the Food and Drug Administration (“FDA”), Federal Trade Administration (“FTC”), Environmental Protection Agency (“EPA”), and other regulatory agencies.
